Clare has over 20 years’ experience practising as a lawyer. With particular experience in property law, Clare assists clients with property transaction work, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial, industrial, and retail assets, together with the associated due diligence.

She also has extensive experience in leasing documentation for new and existing developments as well as ancillary documentation for all property asset types.

In the retirement living sector Clare assists clients with issues arising under the Retirement Villages Act (WA) and related legislation – including regulation and compliance, investigations, disputes and complaints.

Clare has worked extensively on retirement village residence contracts, and management agreements, as well as acquisitions and disposal of retirement villages and aged care facilities with the associated due diligence.

Clare also has broad experienced in commercial law dealing with general commercial contracts, loan agreements, securities, wills, and estates.
