Natalie is a specialist advisor and researcher at Hammond Legal in the areas of property, administrative, statutory interpretation, mining and environmental law.  In addition to her role at the firm Natalie lectures in property and administrative law at the University of Western Australia. 

 

In 2013, Natalie was offered a funded PhD at the UWA after completing her law degree with first class honours in 2011.  Natalie’s PhD examined rights to groundwater in the Pilbara iron ore mining industry under the State’s agreements with mining companies. 

 

In 2018 Natalie was admitted to practise law in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.  She has varied experience from working for government departments, criminal law barristers, and general practice.  Her philosophy is to provide clear and simple explanations of the law so that clients can effectively engage in their own matters
